A New Folk Musical Weaving Generations Together
Producers Aria Entertainment and KT Producing have announced the full cast for the London premiere of Ballad Lines, opening at Southwark Playhouse Elephant on 23 January 2026.
Created by Finn Anderson and Tania Azevedo, this moving new folk musical blends traditional Scottish, Irish and Appalachian ballads with original songs to tell a story of love, legacy and belonging.
Three Women, One Timeless Story
Frances McNamee, Rebecca Trehearn and Kirsty Findlay lead the cast as three women across different centuries, bound by music and memory. The production promises rich storytelling, live folk instrumentation and an emotional connection to history that feels deeply personal.
Ballad Lines runs from 23 January to 21 March 2026.
